WhatsApp is the quickest way to reach us and the way most bookings actually happen. We reply within about fifteen minutes during the day.
If you are not sure which yacht you want, that is the normal position and not a problem. Tell us the group size, the date and roughly what sort of day you have in mind, and we will come back with one or two options rather than a list of six.
What to tell us
- The date, or a few dates that could work
- How many guests, including children
- How long — 3, 5 or 8 hours, or overnight
- Where you would like to go, if you have a preference
- Anything you are celebrating
- Whether you want catering arranged
Booking questions
How do we pay?
A deposit confirms the date and the balance is settled before or on the day. We will send payment details when the charter is confirmed.
How far ahead should we book?
Two to three weeks in high season, longer for overnight charters or anything needing catering. Last-minute dates are sometimes available, so it is always worth asking.
What happens if the weather is bad?
The captain decides on the morning. Where conditions allow, the route is changed to sheltered water. Where they do not, the charter is rescheduled or refunded.
Can you arrange transfers to the marina?
Yes, on request. Taxi transfers are not included in the charter price but we can book them for you.
Do you take bookings for the same day?
Sometimes, depending on crew availability. Message us and we will tell you straight away rather than leaving you waiting.
