What this covers

This policy explains what personal information Rent a Yacht Phuket collects through this website and when you book a charter, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you enquire or book, we collect the information you give us: your name, your contact details, your dates, your group size, and anything else you choose to tell us about the charter.

When you use the planning assistant on this site, your answers are assembled into a message in your own browser and are not sent to us or stored anywhere until you choose to send them.

Like most websites, our host records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited. We use analytics to understand which pages are useful.

What we use it for

To answer your enquiry, to arrange and run your charter, to take payment, and to contact you about your booking. We may keep booking records for accounting and tax purposes as Thai law requires.

We do not sell your information to anyone.

Who else sees it

Only the people who need it to run your charter: our crew, and where relevant a caterer, photographer or transfer driver arranged at your request. Payment providers process payment details directly.

This site embeds video from YouTube using their privacy-enhanced mode, and messaging happens through WhatsApp. Both are operated by third parties under their own privacy policies.

Cookies

This site uses cookies for basic function and for analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may then not work as intended.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become bookings are kept for up to 12 months. Booking records are kept as long as Thai accounting and tax rules require.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email hello@rentayachtphuket.com and we will respond.
